Horizon backs enterprise software firm Sapphire

Private equity firm Horizon has invested in enterprise software business Sapphire Systems.

Sapphire is a global provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial management solutions (FMS). It provides round the clock support and hosting alongside software and implementation.

The business has more than 1000 clients and employs over 250 people across offices in the UK, USA, India, Mexico, Philippines and Argentina.

Luke Kingston, Partner at Horizon Capital, said: “Having closely followed the ERP sector for several years, we are delighted to be backing Sapphire having identified it as an outstanding business with huge potential for growth.”
