Advent International invests in Hermes UK

Advent International invests in Hermes UK, a consumer delivery company in the UK, and will acquire a 75% stake.

This investment will support Hermes in the future growth of the business, and in the rapidly growing parcel delivery sector. Hermes UK is currently looking for more than 10,500 people to join its business, to meet the huge demand created at home shopping during lockdown, and the continuing growth in the sector.
