ECI portfolio firm Imagesound acquires instore music provider

ECI portfolio company Imagesound has acquired music company Amazing Instore from the Amazing Media Group.

This is the second bolt-on acquisition that Imagesound has made this year, following the acquisition of Freedom Music in January, and is the third since ECI’s investment.

Amazing Instore plays the music of Amazing Media’s artists in an instore environment, providing stores with a playlist of high-quality, emerging artist music and providing the Amazing Media artists with exposure in over 2,000 stores.

Its customers include Caffe Nero, David Lloyds health and fitness clubs, Park Plaza hotels and resorts and Bill’s restaurants.

ECI acquired Imagesound, an audio and screen media business, in 2016.
