Kartesia acquires International Cookware Group

Kartesia has acquired 100% of the share capital of International Cookware Group from Aurora Resurgence.

International Cookware Group designs, manufactures and distributes globally cookware equipment, primarily made of borosilicate glass. It is primarily sold under the iconic Pyrex® brand. International Cookware Group also developed its own cookware brand, Ôcuisine, which has a large range of products distributed throughout the world.

International Cookware Group operates the largest manufacturing plant for borosilicate glass in the world, located in Châteauroux, France, and celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2020.
