Mid Europa exits healthcare company Walmark

Private equity firm Mid Europa has sold healthcare company Walmark to Stada, another healthcare business. Walmark is a consumer healthcare company which operates in Central and Eastern Europe. Matthew Strassberg, Co-Managing Partner of Mid Europa, said: "The acquisition by STADA validates Walmark's transformation from a family-led business to an international platform.
