Sheridan Capital Partners invests in oral surgery firm

Private equity firm Sheridan Capital Partners has invested in Oral Surgery Partners, a US oral surgery practice management company. Oral Surgery Partners (OSP) is headquartered in Greater St. Louis and serves oral surgery clinics throughout Missouri, providing a full range of diagnostic and surgical services for the mouth, teeth and facial region. Sean Dempsey, Partner at Sheridan Capital Partners, said: “The oral surgery market is highly fragmented, and Oral Surgery Partners represents one of the only related practice management platforms of scale.
